The Macallan Harmony Collection Green Meadow is a travel-exclusive single malt whisky. It was created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney to celebrate Scotland’s lush, fertile lands. This whisky reflects the deep connection between the land and those who have cherished it for generations.
The McCartney sisters’ affection for Scotland originates from their memories of spring days on their family’s farm. The Scottish countryside, vibrant with color as days lengthen, serves as their inspiration. They describe nature as both energizing and serene. This collaboration rekindles these contrasting qualities, evoking joyful memories of family, sisterhood, and community.
Nature as a Muse
The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team drew inspiration from Scotland’s natural grasslands. They crafted this distinctive expression using a combination of sherry-seasoned oak and bourbon casks. The result is a whisky reminiscent of wild meadows, with a vibrant, primrose-scented finish.
