These terms constitute our cancellation and return policy. By placing your order on our Website, you are agreeing to these terms.

1) Cancellation Terms

The contract is concluded upon receipt of the confirmation. An order can only be cancelled prior to the order being shipped from our stock. You can proceed to cancel your order by contacting us.

UPS Courier Notice: UPS can carry alcoholic beverages under certain criteria internationally. Every package must not exceed 5 Litres per order and alcohol content cannot exceed 70% abv per bottle. If your order does not comply with these rules, then your order will get refunded and cancelled.

2) Return Terms

You shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days counted from receiving the product either personally or by a third person other than the carrier and designated by you. In case of withdrawal, you shall return the ordered product according to the process specified in our General Terms and Conditions under point 9.

Furthermore, you shall be eligible for return if you received an incorrect product and not as per your order. If you received a damaged product (broken), you must contact us immediately.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping Courier company (G.A.P. Akis Express) to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

The item must be returned in its original condition, means the shipment package contents/items and labels must be unopened.

3) Refunds Process

Please contact us to inform that your item is being returned. We will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Transportation and shipping costs are non-refundable. Bank charges, transaction fees, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once the items are received, we will ensure they are unopened and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund by e-mail We will dispatch the requested product in the case of an exchange or refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used to purchase in the case of refund.

The refund period may vary between 15 and 30 working days.

To refund orders paid via bank transfer, the bank account number must belong to a bank in the country in which the order was delivered.

Please note that we have an external electronic system that manages the stock quantities. The same products listed on the Website are available for sale to our physical store. The stock also contains some collective pieces. There is a chance that a product runs out of stock due to a physical purchase, before the external system updates the Website’s stock. In case the same product happens to be purchased online but it is actually out of stock, then we shall refund the amount of the order in full.

4) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account, it may take some time before your transaction is officially posted by the bank. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not been able to trace your refund yet, please contact us. We will identify the issue and advice you accordingly.
