Nick’s Bottle Shop Ltd as Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller”) shall store and process the Personal Data provided by the Data Subject for specified purposes specified in our Privacy Policy. We shall keep confidential and secure your Personal Data.

We shall carry out all the necessary developments and modifications, depending on changes in the legal framework.
  2. We commit further to call on any Third Party – to whom we potentially disclose or transmit the data – to fulfil their obligations hereunder.
    We ensure that data processing – by our data processor Partners on behalf of us – is carried out of a contract in writing or in another equivalent form between us. And the data processor provides sufficient guarantees in respect of the technical security and organizational measures, governing the processing.

To safeguard your Personal Data from unauthorized access, collection, alteration, use, damage, loss, disclosure, copying or similar risks (summarized: Personal Data Breach), we have inducted appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures such as up to date antivirus protection, encryption and the use of privacy filters to secure all storage and transmission of Personal Data to Third Parties.
  4. Our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. Any Personal Data is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees, who need to know such data and who are given a password in order to gain access to information. Sensitive information, such as bank account numbers are protected by encryption protocols. Financial information is used for payment processing purposes only. We use a Payment Service Provider company (Wallee Group AG) to process your credit/debit card charges for products, retrieval requests and chargebacks.
  5. Any person disclosing such data shall exclusively be liable for the correctness of the data disclosed. When you are disclosing your e-mail address, shall assume liability at the same time that you are the only person using services (purchase alcoholic drinks) from that e-mail address. Accordingly, the person who has registered the e-mail address shall exclusively be liable for all logins carried out by using that e-mail address.
  6. We shall take all necessary steps in order to filter out any processing of Personal Data of persons below the age of 18 years. You agree that Nick’s Bottle Shop Ltd, at its sole discretion, may terminate your access to or use of the Website or any services provided on the Website, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with our Terms and Conditions. Upon any such termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. You agree that any termination of your access to or use of the Website may be effected without prior notice and that we may immediately deactivate or delete any user name and/or password used by or provided to you, and all related information associated therewith.

The present Data Security Terms shall enter into force on 10th October 2022.
