These specific terms constitute our payment policy. By placing your order on our Website, you are agreeing to these terms.
1) Online Payment Terms
On the Website, payment may be performed via Online Payment Gateway by credit/debit card or direct bank transfer. Cash on delivery payment shall not be available.
Online payment transactions are handled by our Payment Service Provider: Wallee Group AG.
Our partner shall provide safe and comfortable payment. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted through this secure payment system to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Payment processing with Wallee meets the highest security standards. All solutions are PCI Data Security Standard certified.
This online payment method requires you to go to the gateway-supplied page in order to fill in details (bank card information) and complete the payment process. Our Webshop shall not be the recipient of any bank card data through this payment method. After selecting the payment method, the purchase price shall be charged and debited from your bank account.

The integrated payment methods by category that are available through Wallee are the following:
- Integrated Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Visa VPay
- Integrated Payment Services: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be displayed on the Website, allowing users to track the order by electronic at any moment.
You represent and warrant that you are the holder of the credit or bank card you use or you are authorised by the holder to use the credit or bank card. The credit or bank card holders shall be responsible for checking validation and authorisation of the card issuer. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure of delivery if the issuer of your card rejects authorisation of the payment to the online payment service provider. If payment is not performed within 30 minutes of placing the order, the order shall be cancelled.
We shall take all possible measures to secure your order and payment data, however, it shall not be liable for losses arising from any third person’s unauthorized access to the data given by you.
2) Prices, Taxes, Custom, Duties
All prices indicated on the Website are in EUR and include value-added tax (VAT) – if any and unless otherwise stated – and also packaging costs. Once the order has been completed, and before the order is confirmed, you will be provided with a summary of the order, identifying the item(s) purchased, and the total price, including transporting costs.
Please note that the prices on our website may change at any time. The actual price you pay will be the price charged at the time you process your order at checkout.
However, we reserve the right to change the prices indicated on the Website or suspend the service without prior notice at any time. We shall not be liable towards you or any third parties for any modification, change in prices or the suspension or termination of the service. Upon sending the order, the price of a product indicated on the Website is accepted, except in case of any payment errors.
Note that custom policies and import duties are different for each country. It is advisable to contact your country’s customs office before you proceed with purchasing from our store in order to be informed of all the amounts charged for purchasing the item of your choice.

Consequently, Cyprus has adopted rules relating to the holding, intra – Community movement, and monitoring of these products. The purpose of these rules is to maximize the implementation and enforcement of these duties in the Member State, where they are due.
3) Billing
We shall bill electronically for the purchase price plus the transportation fees and applicable fees, if any, on the day the release of the packaged products for shipment. If you wish to receive a paper invoice, you can request this at any time by contacting us.
