Aalborg Jubilaemus Akvavit

The Story

Aalborg Jubilaemus Akvavit emerged onto the scene in 1946, commemorating a century since the inception of Aalborg Taffel Akvavit, hence its moniker.

The Experience

Crafted as a golden emblem of luxury, this aquavit is a symphony of dill and coriander seed distillates, harmonized with the essence of American white oak. Unlike its counterparts, it stands distinct, devoid of caraway. This unique composition yields an elegant, well-balanced profile where dill and coriander reign supreme, accompanied by subtle undertones of star anise, citrus, and caramel.

Appearance: Clear and radiant with a light golden hue.
Aroma: Citrus notes dominate, with hints of orange zest and delicate accents of lime oil. Dill and licorice dance on the olfactory senses, with a whisper of star anise.
Taste: A gentle interplay of sweet caraway, dill, and citrus, reminiscent of oranges, caresses the palate, accompanied by the warmth of star anise.
Aftertaste: A finale of fresh coriander emerges, intertwining with dill in a lightly spiced denouement.
