Jura The Bay begins its journey in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels. After 12 years of maturation, it is finished in casks that previously held 15-year-old Pedro Ximénez sherry. This meticulous process results in a whisky that boasts flavors of figs, gingerbread, and raisins, with a burst of sweet liquorice on the finish.
