Handcrafted with Precision
Every aspect of this wine’s creation is carefully controlled. Fruit was hand-harvested in multiple passes, ensuring each clone reached perfect ripeness. The grapes were 100% de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel open-top tanks. Natural yeasts started the fermentation, while gentle plunging three times daily helped extract colour and tannin without harshness.
After fermentation, the wine underwent extended maceration and was matured for nearly 12 months in French oak barriques—one-third of which were new. This aging process adds structure, depth, and subtle oak complexity.
