Grown in the pristine Agros and Krasochoria regions, this refined red wine is cultivated at altitudes ranging from 800 to 1,200 meters. The combination of sandy, volcanic, and clay soils gives each bottle a complex character, shaped naturally by the rugged landscape. Using both VSP and traditional Goblet training methods, the ungrafted vines are handpicked to ensure only the best grapes make it to production.
Thoughtful Winemaking with Heritage and Precision
This Merlot is made with passion and precision. The grapes undergo a 12-day skin contact process with carefully selected yeasts and frequent pump overs. This method helps to extract the rich aromas and deep color that define this vintage. After fermentation, the wine matures for 11 to 13 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels. This aging adds a smooth texture and layers of flavor to the final product.
