The grapes, primarily Xynisteri and Vamvakada, are grown ungrafted and handpicked using both goblet and VSP methods. Distilled Tradition with a Contemporary Twist
Tsiakkas Zivania Oak-Aged undergoes a single distillation in a traditional village pot still using direct heat. The process is carefully controlled with wide cuts, capturing only the purest part of the spirit. After distillation, it matures for ten years in first-fill Commandaria barrels. These sweet wine casks impart complex layers of flavor and aroma, elevating the final spirit into something extraordinary.
