James Burrough established Beefeater, a prominent London dry gin brand, around 1820. It is made in London and is well-known for its high quality and classic flavour character. Beefeater gin is created using juniper, angelica root, angelica seeds, coriander seeds, liquorice, almonds, orris root, Seville oranges, and lemon peel, among other botanicals. The botanicals are steeped for 24 hours before distillation, resulting in a smooth and well-balanced gin with a traditional juniper flavour. Beefeater Gin is a flexible gin that can be used in a range of cocktails, from a conventional gin and tonic to a Negroni. Beefeater provides many flavoured gins in addition to its standard gin, including Beefeater Pink, Beefeater Blood Orange, and Beefeater Peach and Elderflower.
