Originating from the picturesque provinces of Treviso and Venice in Italy, our Rose Brut is a blend of Raboso and Pinot Nero grapes, nurtured amidst the lush landscapes of the region. With 2500-3000 plants per hectare trained using the Sylvoz and Spurred Cordon systems, our vineyards yield 120-140 q/Ha, ensuring the highest quality in every bottle.
Crafting Excellence Through Tradition
Our production process begins with the meticulous selection of grapes, harvested during the first ten days of September. Through a delicate maceration process, lasting nearly 12 hours, we extract the vibrant colors and aromas that define our Bottega Rose Brut. After gentle pressing and decantation, the must undergoes primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, enriched with selected yeasts.
The Art of Sparkling Elegance
Following the Martinotti method, our wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in cuve close, meticulously controlled at 14°C to preserve the grapes’ primary aromas. As sugar transforms into alcohol, natural carbonation is released, infusing our wine with its signature sparkle. Finally, through cold stabilization, filtration, and bottling, we ensure the preservation of Bottega Rose Brut’s exquisite flavors.

The production area of our Bottega Rose Brut spans from the picturesque Conegliano hills to the Adriatic Sea, blessed with a temperate-humid climate and soils enriched by alpine and pre-alpine glacier remnants.
